Hi! is there a way to tell by the name of the class whether there is the dreaded arm weight portion (I secretly love this part of the class!). I did a grind class last night and there wasn't one so I tried going through other recordings to find one. Thanks! Also, do you still add new spin classes?

In the short description of the video there are the props needed- if it says weights - it will be with arms. From now on when we upload we can add it to the title so it’s easier to discover!
